The Benefits adviser is a service provided by the Department for Work and Pensions, available through the Directgov website.
The Benefits adviser provides a signposting service that directs you to further information on benefits that may be relevant to your circumstances. By answering 12 simple questions about your circumstances or the circumstances of someone you care for you will be signposted to information on benefits that may be relevant to your current circumstances.
